Hiral Sheth-Mourya

Hiral Sheth-Mourya is currently the Regional Head of Human Resources at HealthCare Global, a position held since August 2025. Prior to this role, Hiral served as Group Senior Manager of Human Resources at SRV Hospitals from May 2023 to July 2025 and as Deputy General Manager of Human Resources at LifeCell International Pvt. Ltd. from November 2016 to May 2023. Hiral has a diverse background in human resources management, encompassing various roles including Senior Human Resources Manager and Assistant Manager of Human Resources, with a focus on operations for West & Central India. Earlier experience includes positions at Pioneer Property Zone Services as Assistant Manager, REGROW BIOSCIENCES as Senior Executive, and Triangle Global as Recruitment Specialist. Hiral's educational background includes a degree in Human Resource Management from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, as well as a Bachelor of Commerce from Mithibai College and a Master of Commerce from the University of Mumbai.
