Ines Ruiz Vanboom

Ines Ruiz is an Administrative Director on the Advanced Clinical Provider team. She is responsible for leading initiatives that help empower and elevate the role of NPs and PAs at Northwell Health and overseeing the departmental budget of nearly $2 million in revenue to support the ACP strategy. She was previously on the medical group administration team and supported the physician leadership governance structure. Throughout her career at Northwell, she has had a focus on self-development which led her to obtain an MBA as well as Master’s degree in Public Policy and launched a Women’s Mentoring Program in 2017 for early careerist women at Northwell. She was selected as a 2018 Manager of the Year by the National Association of Hispanic Healthcare Executives and graduated from Northwell’s High Potential Development Program in December 2018. Most recently she helped to develop and implement a new Diversity Leadership Mentoring Program at Northwell Health. When she is not dedicating time to her passions at Northwell Health, she spends time with her two small children and husband. In addition, she is a trustee board member for Bellmore United Methodist Church.
