Emma Tappel is an experienced contract and proposal manager with a strong background in technical writing and marketing. Since January 2022, Emma has served as a Contract Manager and Contract Process Manager at Health Care LogisticsⓇ. Prior roles include Proposal Writer at Neumeric Technologies Corp, where Emma managed technical writing proposals for public sector IT projects, and at Jonathan Barnes Architecture and Design, where Emma focused on creating visual proposals for government architecture bids. Emma's diverse experience also includes marketing roles, such as Marketing Assistant/Floral Designer and Manager/Marketing Specialist, where Emma developed social media strategies and organized events. Emma holds a Master’s degree in Healthcare Innovation from The Ohio State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations and Strategic Communication from Ashland University.
