Catharine Lowe

Catharine Lowe has extensive experience in the healthcare management field, currently serving as a Surveyor at Healthcare Management Solutions, LLC since October 2015, where responsibilities include ensuring medical facilities comply with federal and state regulations for Medicare and Medicaid funding. Prior to this role, Catharine worked as an Adult Community Service Supervisor at Tresco Inc from November 2013 to October 2015, and was the District III Program Manager for the Healthy Families and Long-term Care program with the State of New Mexico from December 2002 to September 2013. Catharine holds a Bachelor's degree in Community Health from New Mexico State University.
