Vince Borell

Vince Borell has extensive experience in healthcare administration and regulatory compliance, currently serving as a Surveyor at Healthcare Management Solutions, LLC since October 2018. Previously, Vince held the position of Administrator/Executive Director at Senior Living of Cincinnati-Dayton where responsibilities included budget development, regulatory compliance, and managing staff training related to COVID-19 protocols. Vince's earlier experience includes a role as Administrator at HCR ManorCare and over 25 years as a Health Facilities Surveyor with the Ohio Department of Health, specializing in the evaluation of nursing homes and hospitals for compliance with state and federal regulations. Vince holds a Master's degree in Health Administration/Planning and a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from the University of Cincinnati.
