Grahame Chapman

Grahame Chapman is a seasoned HR professional currently serving as a People & Culture Business Partner and People Relations Advisor at Healthcare Management Trust since April 2020, where responsibilities include supporting generalist HR duties for over 200 employees. Previously, Grahame worked as an HR Officer at Hafal from April 2019 to April 2020, providing HR support to over 350 staff across Wales and managing various HR processes, including recruitment and staff development. Prior experience also includes roles at Dawnus Construction Ltd, where Grahame acted as the sole International HR Officer in West Africa and held roles focusing on recruitment, training coordination, and payroll administration.
