Bobbi Humphrey

Bobbi Humphrey is a seasoned professional specializing in Human Resources and People Management, currently serving as the People and Culture Manager at Healthcare Materials Management Services since December 2020. In this role, Bobbi oversees various aspects of human resources as well as facilities management for a joint venture providing critical services to healthcare organizations in Southwestern Ontario. Prior to this position, Bobbi held multiple roles at Formet Industries from January 1998 until December 2020, culminating as the Human Resources Department Leader, with a focus on a large workforce of approximately 1,100 team members. Additionally, Bobbi has been a Promoter for Le-Vel since June 2019. Educational background includes a degree in Human Resources Management from Canadore College and a degree in Developmental Services & Early Childhood Education from Fanshawe College.
