Jeanne Serpa

Jeanne Serpa has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry, with a focus on EHR systems and operations. Starting in 1995, they worked as an LPN/Nursing Supervisor at NHC, where they managed patient care and supervised staff. In 1998, they joined Millennium Physician Group LLC as an LPN, responsible for triaging and clinical intake of patients. From 2010 to 2015, they served as the EHR Implementation/Training Manager at Millennium, overseeing software implementations, provider/staff training, and creating workflows and training materials. In 2015, they joined EHR Consulting as an EHR Management Consultant, providing freelance consulting services to physician practices. In this role, they offered assistance with EHR system implementation, clinical EHR build, template build teaching, EHR training, and office workflow optimization. Since 2020, Jeanne has been working at Healthcare Network as the Senior Director of Operations, where they are responsible for overseeing operations within the organization.

Jeanne Serpa attended Edison State Community College from 1994 to 1996. During this time, they did not obtain a degree or specialize in any field of study. Prior to that, from 1989 to 1991, they attended Southeastern Voc/Tech and focused on nursing. In addition, Jeanne Serpa obtained a certification in HIPAA & Security from HIPAATraining in November 2016.
