Kristine Shira

Kristine Shira has more than 20 years of experience in leading and advising human capital/human resources (HR).

Areas of HR expertise include strategic partnerships, total rewards, talent acquisition, operations, data and analytics, change management and global transformations.

At Optum California, Shira leads people strategy, acquisition integrations and human capital team leadership. She also oversees programs that attract, hire and keep talent.

Shira joined Optum when it acquired DaVita Medical Group. There, she was a senior HR executive since 2017.

Prior to Optum, she held HR roles in several different industries. She was also a Deloitte human capital practice consultant in the United States and Switzerland.
