Simon Nazarian

Simon Nazarian has more than 25 years of experience in technology leadership.

At Optum, he oversees information technology systems, strategy and capabilities. He also partners with business leaders to develop and execute a marketwide technology roadmap that supports the company’s operating goals and priorities.

Before joining Optum in 2020, he was an associate partner with McKinsey & Company, where he led the North America health care core technologies practice.

He also worked at Kaiser Permanente’s regional and national organizations, most recently as executive director and divisional chief technology officer for care delivery.
