Franklin Segura

Franklin Segura is an accomplished healthcare executive with extensive experience in business development, contracting, and managed care strategy. Currently serving as Vice President of Business Development & Strategy at HealthCare Partners in New York, Franklin leads the development of strategic partnerships and innovative reimbursement models. Previously, Franklin held key leadership roles at HCMC Comprehensive Solutions as SVP of Contracting & Strategy, and at Centers Health Care as Vice President of Managed Care, overseeing contractual negotiations across numerous healthcare entities. Additionally, Franklin has a strong background at the Visiting Nurse Service of New York, managing network strategy and contracting functions. Franklin's career began at MultiPlan as Vice President of Service, where management of a vast network of healthcare providers was a focus. Franklin holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from the New York Institute of Technology.
