Alexander Renwick

Alexander Renwick is an experienced real estate professional with a strong background in the medical outpatient buildings (MOBs) sector. Currently serving as the Director of Leasing at Healthcare Realty since July 2022, Alexander is responsible for managing leasing strategies for a prominent REIT specializing in medical facilities. Prior to this role, Alexander held the position of Leasing Manager at Healthcare Trust of America, Inc., contributing to the management of the largest dedicated owner and operator of MOBs in the United States. Alexander's earlier experience includes roles at Boxer Property, where responsibilities spanned from Senior Broker to Commercial Leasing Representative, and leadership positions with the Superfund Group of Investment Companies, where strategic management and corporate reconciliation were key focuses.
