Rachelle Rochowiak is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in leasing, business analysis, and process improvement. Currently serving as Director of Leasing at Marketplace Homes since July 2021, Rachelle has also held multiple titles within the same company, including Portfolio Manager and Sales Leasing Manager. Prior experience includes working as a Lock Desk Analyst at Homepoint, where Rachelle processed complex requests, and owning KaraLyn Street, where operational and administrative tasks were executed effectively.
