Thomas N. Bohjalian

Thomas Bohjalian, CFA, currently serves as Chair of the Board of Directors at Healthcare Realty since June 2024. In addition, Thomas holds the position of Senior Real Estate Advisor at BeyondView and serves on the boards of Apartment Income REIT Corporation and Apartment Income REIT, both since December 2021. Previously, Thomas was Executive Vice President, Head of US Real Estate, and Senior Portfolio Manager at Cohen & Company from May 2002 to June 2021. Thomas holds an MBA from Northeastern University, earned in June 1990, and a BBA in Accounting and Finance from the same institution, completed in June 1988.
