Clarke Futch has an extensive work experience in the healthcare investment and royalty acquisition industry. Clarke is currently the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer at HealthCare Royalty, a leading royalty acquisition company. Since joining HealthCare Royalty in 2006, Clarke has played a crucial role in the company's success, raising over $6 billion in capital and completing more than 90 healthcare investments.

Prior to their role at HealthCare Royalty, Clarke served as a Partner at Paul Capital Partners from 2001 to 2006. At Paul Capital Partners, they co-managed royalty investments as a member of the royalty management committee. Before that, they were a Principal at Thomas Weisel Partners, where they were a founding member of the healthcare group. Clarke began their career as a Vice President in the healthcare investment banking group at Raymond James.

In addition to their roles in the corporate sector, Clarke has also served as a Board Member at Population Health Investment Co., Inc. from 2020 to 2022. This diverse range of experience demonstrates their expertise and leadership in the healthcare and investment fields.

Clarke Futch obtained a Graduate degree from Brentwood Academy in 1985, where they completed the College/University Preparatory and Advanced High School/Secondary Diploma Program. Clarke pursued higher education at Vanderbilt University from 1985 to 1989 and earned a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government. Later, they attended the University of Virginia School of Law from 1991 to 1994, where they obtained a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree.
