Jeff Niles

Jeff Niles has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Jeff started their career at Human Resources International in 1998 as a Branch Manager, where they successfully led the team to become the top billing branch within a short period of time. Jeff then joined MedStaff Alternatives in 2002 as an Account Executive, where they excelled in sales and secured key accounts.

In 2004, Jeff joined Randstad USA as the Director of New Business Development. After two years, they moved on to ShiftWise in 2006, initially working as a Sr. Regional Director of Sales. During their time at ShiftWise, they contributed significantly to the company's growth and success, closing major accounts and establishing its reputation as a leading player in the contingent workforce management space in healthcare. Jeff was eventually promoted to Vice President of Sales and Marketing, where they redesigned the go-to-market approach and built a successful sales team. This led to ShiftWise becoming the number one Vendor Management System (VMS) in healthcare and being acquired by AMN Healthcare.

In 2016, Jeff joined Caremerge as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing, overseeing the establishment of various sales and marketing teams. Jeff played a crucial role in driving top-line revenue growth and market penetration in the emerging technology space of senior living.

Most recently, Jeff joined Healthcare Workforce Logistics in 2018 and served as both the Vice President of Sales and Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Jeff focused on providing healthcare professionals to the community through advanced technology and a network of staffing vendors. Their leadership and vendor neutral technology-driven approach helped achieve high fill rates and competitive rates for high-quality staff.

From 1986 to 1990, Jeff Niles attended Naperville North High School. Following their graduation, they enrolled in Miami University from 1990 to 1994 where they pursued a degree in Psychology, earning their Bachelor of Arts (BA). Subsequently, from 1996 to 1998, Jeff continued their education at the University of Cincinnati, specializing in Counseling Psychology, and obtained their Master's degree (MA).
