Dylan Hightower has a diverse work experience in the field of advertising operations. Dylan began their career as a Civil Engineer at Parsons Transportation Group in 2000. After that, they worked at Time Inc. as a Business Office Coordinator from 2002 to 2007. Dylan then joined Time Inc. Interactive as an Online Billing Analyst from 2007 to 2008.
In 2008, Dylan returned to Time Inc. and took on various roles in the Ad Operations department. Dylan started as an Advertising Operations Associate, responsible for managing online advertising campaigns across the Time Inc. Style & Entertainment network. Dylan then progressed to Assistant Manager, Ad Product Technology, where they oversaw the launch of new advertising products and provided technical support to Ad Operations teams for multiple websites.
In 2013, Dylan was promoted to Manager, Ad Product Technology, where they managed digital advertising projects and a team of offshore ad traffickers. Dylan continued to advance within the company and became Ad Ops Manager - Lifestyle Group in 2014, Associate Director of Ad Operations in 2014, and finally Director of Ad Operations in 2016. In these roles, they managed ad trafficking teams for various websites under Time Inc.
In 2017, Dylan worked as a Digital Ad Operations Consultant while being self-employed. Dylan then joined ESI Media as Head of Ad Operations in 2018, overseeing the ad operations department. In 2019, they joined Content IQ as the Director of Ad Operations. Currently, Dylan works as the VP of Advertising Operations at HealthCentral Corporation since October 2020.
Throughout their career, Dylan has gained extensive experience in managing ad trafficking teams, launching new advertising products, providing technical support, and overseeing digital advertising projects.
Dylan Hightower obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Columbia University, where they studied from 1995 to 1999.
