Erica Medlin Hembree

Erica Medlin Hembree has extensive work experience in the financial field. Erica currently holds the position of Chief Financial Officer at Inman News since February 2022. Prior to that, they served as Chief Financial Officer at Remedy Health Media starting in June 2019. Erica also held the roles of Corporate Controller at Remedy Health Media from October 2015 and Controller, Advertising Division from November 2011 to October 2015. Before joining Remedy Health Media, Erica worked at HealthCentral, where they were Assistant Controller from January 2011 to November 2011 and Senior Accountant from August 2008 to January 2011. Erica began their career as a Staff Accountant at Veris Consulting, Inc from June 2006 to August 2008.

Erica Medlin Hembree completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting and Business/Management at the College of Charleston from 2001 to 2005. Following that, they pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Accounting at the University of Virginia from 2005 to 2006.
