Anshul Bajpai has a diverse range of work experience. Anshul started their career as a Software Engineer at Tech Mahindra in 2006 and worked there until 2010. Anshul then joined Thomson Reuters as a Senior Software Engineer and later became a Lead Software Engineer. In 2014, they moved to Agoda as a Senior Developer within the Experiment Platform team, where they worked until 2017. Anshul then joined Capgemini as a Manager, focusing on Big Data consulting from 2017-2018. Since 2018, they have been working at Healthdirect Australia, where they initially held the position of Senior Data Engineer and is currently serving as the Technical Lead in Data Engineering.

Anshul Bajpai holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Mahakal Institute of Technology in Ujjain, India, which they obtained from 2001 to 2005. Prior to that, they completed Class IX to XII in Science and Mathematics at Natraj Public School from 1997 to 2001. Anshul Bajpai also attended Saraswati Vidya Mandir from 1994 to 1997 for Class VI to Class VIII education, and Saraswati Shishu Mandir from 1987 to 1994 for education up to Class V. Additionally, they have earned certifications in Health Informatics on FHIR from Georgia Institute of Technology in 2019 and as a Microsoft Certified Application Developer from Microsoft in 2006.
