John then moved to The Recruitment Company Pty Ltd in 2014, where they worked as a Quality & Change Consultant specializing in Quality Assurance and Change Management. In 2016, they joined Healthdirect Australia as an Operations Analyst, where they analyzed and optimized service performance, quality, processes, and reporting for national services. John later became a Service Manager, responsible for the service delivery of the national My Aged Care contact center. Currently, they hold the position of Business Resilience Lead at Healthdirect Australia.
John Watson has a diverse education history. John holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Business Analytics from the University of Wollongong. John also completed a program in Data Privacy Management from RMIT University.
