Mariana Aguirre has a diverse professional background with a focus on organic products, nutrition, and education. Since August 2020, Mariana has served as Propietario at AMAR - Productos Orgánicos, an online store specializing in organic body care products. Concurrently, Mariana has worked at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. as Asistente de Oficial de Cumplimiento since January 2016. Previous experience includes ownership and management of Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, practicing as a Nutrióloga in a private clinic between February 2016 and 2019, and serving as a university lecturer in applied mathematics for nutrition and the history of food from August 2016 to August 2017. Mariana holds a Diplomatura in Administration and Business Management from Universidad Anahuac Online (2019-2020) and a Licenciatura in Food, Nutrition, and Wellness from Universidad del Centro de México (2011-2015).
