Carol Coughlin

Carol Coughlin is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in governance and compliance. Currently serving as an Independent Director and Audit, Quality, and Compliance Chair at HealthDrive Corporation, as well as an Independent Director and Audit Committee Chair at Hopebridge and GoodCap Pharmaceuticals Inc., Carol Coughlin also contributes to the Athena Alliance as an Advisory Board Member and Community Leader. Previous roles include Director and Chair of the Financial Affairs Committee at the University of Maryland Medical Center. Carol Coughlin holds an MBA in Business from Loyola University Maryland and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Towson University.
