Namita K. has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Namita currently works as the Director of Technical Product Development & Implementations at HealthEC, LLC. Prior to this, they served as the Associate Director of Partner Delivery at Evolent Health from 2019 to 2021. Namita also worked as a Technical Program Lead at TEKsystems from 2016 to 2019.

Before joining TEKsystems, Namita worked as a Technical Project Implementation Consultant as an independent consultant. Namita primarily worked with WCIRB California, where they developed, enhanced, and integrated Data Warehouses and BI Solutions. Namita also managed client relationships and effectively communicated project statuses to stakeholders within the business.

Namita's earlier experience includes roles such as Senior Business Systems Analyst at the Workers' Compensation Insurance Rating Bureau, IT Ambassador/Technical Project Manager at Sungevity, and Business Systems Analyst III at Paradigm Management Services. Namita started their career as a Software Engineer at Novarra Inc., where they worked on developing mobile web platforms.

In addition to their professional experience, Namita worked as an Assistant to the Director of Intellectual Property - Engineering at the University of Illinois at Chicago.

Namita K. completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Illinois Chicago from 2002 to 2006. Namita then pursued a Masters degree in Medical Informatics from Northwestern University, which they completed from 2010 to 2013. In addition to their formal education, Namita obtained a certification as a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from the Scrum Alliance in October 2015.
