Philip Yadon

Philip Yadon has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Philip began their career at Safeco Insurance in 1983, where they quickly rose through the ranks and handled various roles, including Project Analyst and Administrative Manager. Philip then joined National Benefit Administrators in 1990 as an Operations Manager, overseeing claim examiners and eligibility areas. In 1993, Yadon joined Lincoln Financial Group as an Operations Manager, responsible for implementing and managing automated systems and troubleshooting. After their tenure at Lincoln Financial Group, Yadon worked at Benefit Partners, LLC as a Benefit Consultant, where they managed the data mining and contingency practice. Philip then moved on to Advantage Health Solutions in 2006, serving as a Healthcare Informatics Professional and developing innovative solutions for cost trends and strategic initiatives. Finally, Yadon joined HealthEC, LLC in 2014, initially as a Data Scientist and later as the Vice President - Data Scientist. Throughout their career, Yadon has showcased their expertise in data analysis, system implementation, and team management.

Philip Yadon attended Evergreen High School from 1973 to 1977, but did not obtain a degree or specialize in any particular field of study during this time. Following their high school education, from 1977 to 1980, they enrolled in the Jackson College of Ministries, focusing on Theology and Theological Studies.
