Kelly Finn began their work experience in 1995 at WinterWyman, where they held various roles including Associate, Consultant, Senior Consultant, Principal Consultant, Manager, and finally Principal. During their time at WinterWyman, they focused on recruiting IT talent for companies of all sizes and industries. Kelly was also an active member of the Wellness Committee and Candidate Experience Committee.
In 2018, Kelly joined HealthEdge as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, where they were responsible for revamping and revitalizing the recruiting function. Kelly repaired and rebuilt strong relationships between hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition team. Kelly later moved into the role of Principal Talent Acquisition Partner and Manager, Talent Acquisition at HealthEdge, where they worked on high-profile and executive-level roles. Kelly played a key role in full-lifecycle recruiting during a period of significant company growth.
In 2022, Kelly became the Director of Talent Acquisition at HealthEdge, taking on a leadership position in the company's recruitment efforts.
Kelly Finn earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and CIS from Stonehill College between 1991 and 1995.
