Michele Oliveto-Hill

Michele Oliveto serves as SVP and General Manager of the Global Professional Services division. Leveraging nearly thirty years of experience in the healthcare payer business, technology operations, implementation planning, execution, application functionality, and information management, Michele directs professional services teams. She oversees over 100 concurrent consulting engagements across the HealthEdge customer portfolio. Michele is passionate in her commitment to ensuring that customers realize optimal value from suite of product solutions. Before joining HealthEdge, Michele's experience includes senior leadership roles at Lumeris, a population health management organization, directing large-scale implementation programs for Medicare Advantage plans. Additionally, at DST Health Solutions, she supported numerous health plans through system implementation, growth, and optimization initiatives. She also served as Chief Operating Officer for Great Lakes Health Plan, a managed healthcare plan in Michigan, where she directed all aspects of business operations, including information technology, claims processing, operational policy development, and management.
