Jamie Haig has held various roles in different companies since 2007. Jamie began their career at Carphone Warehouse as a Retention Team Manager, where they worked for three years. In 2010, they moved to Reece Australia as an Events Manager and Trainer. From 2011 to 2013, they worked at Telefónica UK as a Sales Manager. Jamie then moved to Westpac as a Personal Banker from 2013 to 2014. In 2014, they joined iiNet as the Head of Business Contact Centre, where they had direct responsibility of ~150 FTEs and 9 Customer Service Managers. In 2019, they became the Head of Customer Success at MiX Telematics. Currently, Jamie Haig is the VP of Sales & Customer and VP of Customer at Healthengine. In 2018, they took a career break.

Jamie Haig attended Widnes 6th Form College from 2001 to 2003. Jamie then attended the University of Liverpool from 2003 to 2006, where they earned an Honours Degree in Business Administration and Management, General.
