Barbara Barenholtz Present

Barbara Barenholtz is currently working for HealthEquity as the Vice President of Enterprise Sales. In this role, they advocate for enterprise size prospects and clients, providing support for their strategy for consumer-directed benefit plans, fitness reimbursements, and COBRA compliance. Barbara managed ADP Health Compliance, a managed service that helped large employers comply with ACA requirements.

Prior to their role in Health Compliance, Barbara worked as a Benefits Sales Manager at ADP from 1997 to 2015. Barbara helped clients develop and execute effective benefits strategies across all areas of benefits administration, maximizing benefits, improving cost control, enhancing regulatory compliance, and engaging employees.

Barbara's earlier work experience includes serving as a Branch Manager at Adecco Staffing (Adia Personnel Services) from 1993 to 1997. Barbara led successful branch operations, focused on developing staff members and exceeding client expectations. Additionally, they performed sales and business development activities and maintained brand awareness.

Before their role at Adecco Staffing, Barbara worked as an Account Executive at Lida Advertising from 1989 to 1993.

Barbara Barenholtz obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Education from the University of Missouri-Columbia in the period from 1984 to 1988.
