Joel Stich

Joel Stich has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Joel is currently serving as the Vice President of Health Plan Partnerships at HealthEquity, a position they started in November of 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Further, where they held two roles: Vice President of Sales and Account Management from October 2019 onwards, and Vice President of Regional Sales from January 2019 to October 2019. Before joining Further, Joel worked at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota, where they served as the Sr. Director of Individual and Sales Distribution from August 2017 to December 2018, Director of Small Group and Individual Sales from July 2010 to July 2017, Medicare Sales Manager from November 2008 to August 2010, and Direct Medicare Sales Manager from September 2007 to November 2008. Prior to their tenure at Blue Cross and Blue Shield, they held the position of Sales Manager, Small Business at UnitedHealthcare from June 2005 to September 2007. Joel's earlier experience includes Sales Management and Marketing roles at Enterprise Rent a Car from 1999 to 2004.

Joel Stich earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from North Dakota State University, completing their studies from 1995 to 1999.
