Joshua Stephens

Joshua Stephens currently serves as Senior Director of M&A at HealthEquity, where responsibilities include leading the integration of acquired technologies and services into company operations while enhancing customer experiences. Prior to this role, Joshua was Director of Enterprise Applications, overseeing significant application rationalization and consolidation projects, including the retirement of data centers and the transition of ERP processes. Joshua's earlier experience includes serving as Industrial and Operational Technology Manager for the Americas at Rio Tinto, where operational service delivery for IT and Operational Technology was managed. Joshua holds an education from the University of Utah and an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business (2004-2008).
