Stephen Joseph

Stephen Joseph is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in application architecture and cloud solutions. As the Director of Application Architecture at HealthEquity since October 2019, Stephen collaborates with platform and enterprise architects to modernize digital platforms through cloud adoption and microservices while leading the development of API-centric solutions. Prior to this, Stephen served in multiple leadership roles at WageWorks from June 2004 to October 2019, where contributions included initiating cloud migration strategies, managing mobile platform development, and driving significant improvements in software development practices. Stephen's earlier career also includes positions in prominent organizations such as American Reprographics Corporation and CGI. Stephen holds an MBA from California State University - East Bay and a Master of Computer Applications from Jodhpur University, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Mahatma Gandhi University.
