Tene Raymond has an extensive work experience spanning over two decades. From 1998 to 2000, they worked as an Associate in the Private Client Group at Paine Webber. They then moved on to PaineWebber as an Associate Sales Manager in the Private Client Group from 2000 to 2001. At UBS, they served as the Manager of the European Wealth Management Initiative from 2001 to 2002. From 2003 to 2003, they worked as a Summer Associate in Marketing Strategy at Merrill Lynch. Returning to American Express in 2004, Tene held various roles, including Manager of Partnership Marketing, Senior Manager of Partnership Marketing and Program Strategy, Director of Business Planning, Customer Marketing & Experience, and Director of Client Development Marketing Strategy until early 2022. In 2021, they joined Kinly as the Director of Marketing and later transitioned to HealthEquity, where they currently serve as the Senior Director of Consumer Engagement from December 2022.
Tene Raymond holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing from Duke University - The Fuqua School of Business. Tene also earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Anthropology from Wellesley College.
