Daryl Corr

Mr. Corr initially joined Healthesystems as vice president of Operations and played a critical role in the development and roll out of the pharmacy benefit management program. Leveraging his broad professional background and experience in account management, sales and operations, his role quickly expanded along with the company where he was appointed to chief operating officer, then president and finally chief executive officer of the company. Having more than 25 years of experience, he is recognized as a pioneer and technological innovator in the workers’ compensation and healthcare cost containment industries. Early in his PBM career he worked alongside claims adjusters, case managers and IT professionals obtaining a thorough understanding of the key issues and challenges insurance companies, third party administrators and other workers’ compensation industry payers experienced. Mr. Corr transitioned into senior level roles managing national accounts, customer service, program implementations and sales — working with some of the largest payers in the country. He later also served in management positions overseeing sales and product development for companies focused on utilization management, bill review, specialty prescription drugs, durable medical equipment and other ancillary medical services.

Mr. Corr has long been a technology innovator developing new ways in which to improve the delivery and quality of medical services. His focus on innovation has helped improve performance across the industry by automating various manual functions and improving transaction efficiency. His efforts to make disparate processes and systems work together helped transform the organizations he managed. At Healthesystems, Mr. Corr is a driving force behind many of the innovative functions performed within the PBM and ABM solutions.

Under his leadership, Healthesystems has grown into one of the largest workers’ compensation pharmacy and ancillary medical benefits management providers in the market. Healthesystems was recognized by the Tampa Bay Business Journal in 2010 for its exceptional financial performance through the prestigious Fast 50 Award program that honored fast growing companies for revenue growth. Mr. Corr maintains a visible and hands on role with clients and other industry payers and leaders. His industry expertise is frequently drawn upon to collaborate with clients and help develop new and innovative solutions.
