Catherine Vanden Plas

Catherine Vanden Plas has held various roles throughout their work experience. Catherine currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at HealthEZ since March 2023, after previously being the Vice President of Operations from October 2021 to March 2023. Before that, they worked at Polaris Inc., where they were the Corporate Controller from March 2021 to October 2021 and the Senior Director of Internal Audit from June 2018 to April 2021. Prior to Polaris Inc., Catherine worked at Medtronic as the Finance Director of External Reporting from November 2015 to June 2018 and as a Senior Finance Program Manager of External Reporting from May 2015 to November 2015. Catherine began their career at Deloitte, where they held various positions including Senior Manager in M&A Transaction Services from August 2014 to May 2015 and Senior Vice President in M&A Transaction Services from February 2012 to August 2014. Catherine also served as a Senior Manager in M&A Transaction Services from July 2010 to January 2012 and participated in the Management Development Program for National Office Accounting Consultation from June 2008 to July 2010. Furthermore, they were an Audit Manager from September 2007 to June 2008, an Audit Senior from September 2004 to September 2007, and began their career as an Audit Staff member from September 2002 to September 2004.

Catherine Vanden Plas has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree from the University of St. Thomas, where they studied Accounting and Economics. Prior to attending university, they completed their high school education at Totino-Grace High School. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained certification as a Certified Public Accountant from the Minnesota Board of Accountancy.
