Joy Hackett has extensive experience in the medical field, currently serving as a Medical Assistant for the CardioVascular department at Health First Medical Group since September 2019. Joy's background includes prior roles as a Medical Assistant at Clevens Face and Body Specialists and Health First, where responsibilities included patient care, EMR management, and various medical procedures. Additionally, Joy co-owned One Three Logistics, LLC, functioning as a Class A Truck Driver, and has held various positions in healthcare settings such as Brevard Family Walk-In Clinic and Brevard Health Alliance, Inc., performing tasks ranging from phlebotomy to patient triage. Joy also possesses a solid foundation in customer service and management from earlier roles with Sterling Casino Lines and FedEx. Joy earned an Associate's degree in Medical/Clinical Assistance from Keiser University, further solidifying expertise in the medical assistant field.
