Janis High

Janis High possesses over 10 years of management experience in marketing and customer experience. Currently retired from HealthFirst TPA, Janis has previously held positions such as Marketing Communications Manager and Director of Customer Success at Mentoring Minds LP, where responsibilities included leading customer support teams, developing strategic plans, and improving departmental efficiencies. Additional experience includes roles at CHRISTUS Trinity Mother Frances Health System, At Home Healthcare, Celebrity Inc., and IBM, where Janis contributed to marketing initiatives and customer service excellence. Janis holds a Master's of Science in Human Resource Development from the University of Texas at Tyler and dual Bachelor's degrees in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from Texas Woman's University.
