James Ferguson has extensive work experience in product management and leadership roles. James has worked at various companies, including Healthgrades, Dex Media, Dex One, R. H. Donnelley, and QWEST COMMUNICATIONS CORP. At Healthgrades, they served as the Director of Product Management, leading a team to build products that connect patients with the right providers. James also created industry-leading platforms to integrate health record systems and facilitated information sharing. At Dex Media and Dex One, they held senior management roles, where they led teams to develop mobile ordering and management platforms and white-labeled advertising management platforms. James also served as a Senior Manager for Digital Product and Program, overseeing the development of various digital platforms and leading cross-functional teams. Prior to that, at R. H. Donnelley, they worked as a Senior Manager of Change Management, where they successfully implemented initiatives to increase revenue and cost savings. James Ferguson earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Science from Montana State University-Bozeman, where they studied from 1992 to 1997. Following that, they pursued a Masters degree in Computer Information Systems from the University of Denver, which they completed from 1999 to 2002. During this time, they also received a Certificate of Advanced Study in Distributed Object-Oriented Analysis and Design from the same university. Additionally, James Ferguson has obtained several certifications throughout their career, including the Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) from naked Agility with Martin Hinshelwood in 2018, the Google Trusted Digital Media Advisor from Google in 2014, and the Product Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in 2013, among others.
