Junellen Neese has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Junellen began their career at Aeromexico in 1993, where they oversaw consumer relations activities, implemented a corrective action program, and created a database for service improvement. In 2000, they joined Enron as an IT developer, supporting the Gas Trading Team with intranet design and development. Junellen then joined HealthHelp in 2005 as a corporate training development manager, later transitioning to the role of product manager and IT developer. Currently, they serve as the corporate training manager at HealthHelp, overseeing training programs and education initiatives for call centers in various locations.
Junellen Neese attended Coventry High School from 1974 to 1977 and graduated with a degree. After high school, they pursued a degree in Hotel Restaurant Management at Manchester Community College from 1977 to 1979, earning an Associates of Arts (AA) degree. In 1980, they enrolled at Central Connecticut State University, where they studied Graphic Design until 1983. Additionally, in 1976, Junellen briefly attended Academia Teresiano Managua in Nicaragua to study Spanish.
