Sanjay Chada has a diverse work experience in the field of employee benefits and corporate wellbeing. Sanjay is currently working as the Strategic Partnerships Director at HealthHero, where they focus on enhancing corporate wellbeing agendas through remote access to doctors, clinicians, and wellbeing services. Prior to this, Sanjay founded the Employee Benefits Directory, which serves as a platform for sourcing providers of specific employee benefits. Sanjay has also worked as the Head of Business Development at HomeServe, where they developed an employee benefits proposition to support employees during home emergencies. Additionally, Sanjay has worked as a freelance consultant at The Pension Lab, a senior sales consultant at ABAKA, and the Head of Sales and Wellbeing at ToHealth Ltd., among other roles. Their experience encompasses strategic partnerships development, sales, marketing, and client services.
