Currently, Thakral holds the position of Senior Vice President at Healthium Medtech Limited. Pankaj Kumar previously served as Vice President of Sales in the same company. Pankaj Kumar Thakral completed an Executive Programme in Business Management (EPBM XI) from the Indian Institute of Management Calcutta in 2008-2009. Pankaj Kumar also obtained a Master of Science (M.Sc) degree in Biotechnology from Punjabi University between 1994 and 1996.
