Jill is responsible for setting the strategy and building the operational HR infrastructure to scale and support Healthmap’s rapid growth and transformation. She is a versatile leader who can set strategies and execute them operationally, ensuring that all components of the HR plan are delivered in record timeframes.

Jill has over 18 years of experience in different sectors of high-growth and start-up healthcare, technology, telecommunications, and financial services companies with both U.S. and international footprints. Her passion is building high-performing teams that are financially, operationally, and technologically focused. She does this by aligning people strategies with short- and long-term business targets and by building collaborative relationships with her leadership team and employees that foster and retain high-performing talent.
