Jordan Spence

Jordan Spence has a diverse work experience primarily in the healthcare industry. They started their career as a Field Biomedical Technician at Ardus Medical in 2007. They then worked at MedSynergies as a Client Services Business Analyst and later as a Senior Client Services Business Analyst. Following that, they joined Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois, Montana, New Mexico, Oklahoma & Texas as a Client Consultant, then as an Advanced Client Consultant, and finally as a Senior Client Consultant. In 2013, they joined Texas Health Resources as a Senior Operations Analyst and later became a Senior Decision Support Analyst. In 2015, they joined MedSynergies again, this time as a Reporting Manager and eventually as the Director of Business Intelligence. They then moved to Optum360 as the Director of Analytics Services and subsequently joined Mpower Health as the Director of Analytics. Currently, they are working at HealthMark Group as the VP of Product and Analytics.

Jordan Spence attended Yale University from 2003 to 2007, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biomedical Engineering. In 2008, they continued their education at the Naveen Jindal School of Management, UT Dallas, and completed a Master of Science (MS) degree in Healthcare Management in 2010.
