Baboucarr Cham has been working in the culinary industry for over a decade with experience as a Chef de Partie at various hotels and resorts, including Healthmark in Malta, Aloft Hotels, and Sheraton Gambia Hotel Resort & Spa. baboucarr completed their education at Ndows Comprehensive Senior Secondary School, graduating in 2003 with a degree in Act & Craft at the end of grade 12.
