Taylor Adams

Taylor Adams is a highly experienced professional in the field of workplace mental health, currently serving as the Director of Workplace Mental Health at Mental Health America since April 2017. In this role, Taylor leads the Bell Seal for Workplace Mental Health certification program, evaluates employer policies, and publishes reports on workplace mental health trends. Previously held positions at Mental Health America include Manager of Workplace Mental Health and Manager of Programs and Operations, where responsibilities included launching national programs, managing financial operations, and providing strategic advice to affiliates. Prior experience includes serving as a Public Policy Assistant at the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention and leadership at Active Minds at Stockton University. Taylor holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Anthropology from Stockton University and has participated in an internship program with The Washington Center.
