Kelli Esposito

Kelli Esposito has a strong background in data analytics and informatics. Kelli started their career at Penn Medicine, University of Pennsylvania Health System, where they held various roles including Senior Clinical Application Analyst, Optimization Analyst, Penn EMR Operations Committee Liaison, and Implementation Support Analyst. In these positions, they brought expertise in Epic application, process improvements, EMR optimization, and managing committee meetings. Kelli also played a key role in the Epic inpatient conversion project.

Kelli then joined Independence Blue Cross, where they worked as a Manager of Data Analytics and Reporting, Informatics. In this role, they led diverse teams and oversaw retrospective risk adjustment activities to ensure compliance with government regulations. Kelli also worked as a Senior Application Analyst, collaborating cross-functionally to complete projects and optimize workflows, and as an EMR Data Quality Analyst, where they evaluated the quality of EMR data and developed a bi-directional data exchange program.

Currently, Kelli is a Customer Success Data Integration Manager at Healthmonix.

Kelli Esposito obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Drexel University in 2013. Prior to that, they earned an Associate of Science (A.S.) in Surgical Technology/Technologist from Delaware County Community College in 1997. In addition to their degrees, Kelli Esposito obtained several certifications from Epic, including Epic - Hospital Outpatient Departments and EpicCare Inpatient Orders in 2014, Epic - Beacon in 2010, and Epic Care Ambulatory in 2009.
