Dan Malven

Dan Malven is a seasoned investment professional currently serving as Managing Director at 4490 Ventures since July 2016, focusing on Series A software companies outside of Silicon Valley. In addition to this role, Dan holds multiple positions on the Board of Directors for companies such as QualSights, HealthBridge, Tiv, Cortex Building Intelligence, UPshow, Fluree, and SwervePay. Dan has been an active member of YPO - Young Presidents' Organization and Kauffman Fellows since 2011 and 1998, respectively. Dan earned an MBA in Marketing and Entrepreneurship from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University.
