Catherine Duffy

Catherine Duffy has extensive experience in workforce management and operations transformation within the healthcare sector. Currently serving as Manager of Workforce Management at Highmark Western and Northeastern New York since August 2014, Catherine has also held positions as Operations Transformation Leader and Workforce Management Analyst at HealthNow New York Inc. since July 2008. Prior to these roles, Catherine worked as a Productivity Analyst at AAM from January 2001 to May 2008. Catherine Duffy is an alumnus of the University at Albany.
