Regan A. Stiegmann

Regan A. Stiegmann, DO, MPH, FACLM, DipABLM, currently serves as the Director of Lifestyle & Performance Medicine at HealthONE and holds multiple academic positions at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus and Rocky Vista University. Stiegmann focuses on integrating Lifestyle Medicine and Performance Medicine into medical education, mentoring residents and medical students, and co-creating digital health training programs. Stiegmann is actively involved with the American College of Lifestyle Medicine, contributing as a co-founder of the Professionals in Training Executive Board and in various leadership roles. Previous experience includes serving as a Flight Medicine Physician in the United States Air Force and holding executive positions in health organizations centered on lifestyle medicine and preventive health. Educational credentials include a Doctor of Osteopathy from Rocky Vista University, a Master of Public Health from Uniformed Services University, and a Bachelor of Science from UC Santa Barbara.
