Colette Flores

Colette Flores is a highly experienced Cytology Technical Specialist currently employed at HealthPartners since October 2024, after previously serving as a Cytology Supervisor and Cytotechnologist II at Allina Health from November 2015 to October 2024. Colette’s expertise includes detecting infectious, pre-malignant, and malignant disease processes, providing rapid evaluations for various procedures, and overseeing Cytology clinical trials. Colette has also worked as a Cytology Expert for AMFS, providing legal consultations, and has held multiple Cytotechnologist positions at Medtox Laboratories, Quest Diagnostics, North Memorial Health, and Altru Health System, where responsibilities ranged from microscopic examinations to managing laboratory operations. Colette holds a Master's degree in Health Administration from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Science in Cytotechnology from the University of North Dakota.
