Gena Graves is an accomplished healthcare leader currently serving as the Vice President of Home & Community Services and Value Care Strategies at HealthPartners since January 2024. Gena holds several prominent roles, including Member of the Board of Directors for MGMA and Board Secretary for Minnesota MGMA. Additionally, Gena is involved in academia as an MHA Program Advisor and Guest Lecturer at Webster University, as well as an Adjunct Faculty member at Lewis University since June 2003, developing healthcare leadership coursework. Previous experience includes roles such as Vice President of Clinical Performance at Lumeris and Sr. Director of Care Coordination & Population Health at HealthPartners. Gena has also held positions at Advocate Health Care and Edward Hospital, focusing on operational improvement, care coordination, and health promotion. Gena is currently pursuing a Doctorate of Health Science in Population Health from Thomas Jefferson University and holds advanced degrees from Ball State University and Loyola University Chicago.
